St. Vincent's Services
St. Vincent's Services is one of the oldest child care agencies in the United States. Operational for more than 100 years, the agency serves over 10,000 children and families annually. Approved by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families & Children, it is a member of the Child Welfare League of America, National Association of Homes & Services for Children, The Coalition of Mental Health Agencies, and Council of Family & Child Caring Agencies. It offers a wide range of services, such as foster care, group homes, programs for children suffering form HIV and AIDS and medically fragile conditions, mental health services, and chemical dependency clinic. A nonprofit organization, St. Vincent's Services provides residential programs for children with developmental disabilities, special education, medical care, physical and occupational therapies, vocational training, and recreation activities.
